The Return process
Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at Iloveincense.com by following the below steps.
- Log in to the 'My Account' section at Iloveincense.com
- Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
Need to return – Few points to remember
- Returns/exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of product
- Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at [email protected]
- If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
How do you return?
- Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
- Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 50 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The following provisions apply to all Credits of Incense. The Credits include specifically the Credits as a result of purchase of an invited friend of iloveincense.com and Credits individually assigned to individual customers at iloveincense.com.
- Credits are only valid for the period announced at issue or a maximum of 12 months from the time of issuance. An extension or a transfer to another user/ customer is not possible.
- Credits are non-transferable.
- Credits cannot be deducted from shipping costs, if applicable.
- Should the price of your order exceed the balance in a voucher, you can compensate the difference through the payment methods available.
- Incense reserves the right to accept only one coupon per order.
- Credits are not paid in cash or earn interest.
- Credits will not be refunded, should you return the goods wholly or partly, or if goods can only be delivered in part (unless these returns are due to negligence on the part of Incense in which case the entire voucher will be re-added to the account).
- Lost or, in particular, stolen Credits will not be refunded. Incense assumes no liability for lost Credits.
- Incense reserves the right to provide alternative payment methods and to refuse delivery and / or to terminate customer accounts should there be a reasonable suspicion of abuse in connection with the use of Credits.
